Hi, I’m Shelby Clark—a maternity, newborn, family, and wedding photographer serving Marin County and the surrounding Bay Area. Since 2010, I’ve been capturing the stories of families and couples in Novato, San Rafael, Mill Valley, and beyond. My specialty is creating timeless images that celebrate life’s most meaningful milestones—from the unforgettable joy of your wedding day to the sweetness of welcoming a new member of your family to to the everyday love and laughter of family life.

My passion for photography began when I was five years old, after my grandfather gifted me my first film camera. My grandparents instilled in me a love for preserving memories—every year, my Nana created a photo book filled with candid moments from the year past. That tradition inspired me to do the same for others, helping families document their journeys with photographs they can cherish for a lifetime.

As a mom of four, I deeply understand how quickly children grow and how important it is to capture each stage of family life. That’s why I approach every session with patience, warmth, and a relaxed energy, making the experience fun and stress-free for parents, kids, and couples alike. Whether it’s a maternity session in a golden Marin County field, a cozy in-home newborn session in Novato, or a vibrant family portrait at one of Marin’s beautiful parks, my goal is always the same: to tell your story through authentic, candid images.
